Aungier & Wexford Street Student Accommodation is a superb state-of-the-art student residence located in the centre of Dublin city. Completed in 2017, the student residence comprises modern apartments which can accommodate a total of 80 students.

The apartments have been purpose-built in four separate buildings, two of which are on Aungier Street and two of which are on Wexford Street. Each apartment contains between 3 to 6 single occupancy ensuite bedrooms and a communal kitchen/dining/living area.

The student residence is located within a five-minute walk of RCSI Dublin and the RCSI Mercer Library and provides an ideal solution to RCSI students who are seeking suitable accommodation for the 2023-2024 academic year. The single occupancy accommodation is also available, for a minimum 5 night stay, over the summer months.

Dublin's premier shopping area is located within a five-minute walk of both Aungier & Wexford Street student residence, as is the beautiful St. Stephen's Green Park and many of the city's best restaurants, bars and cafes.
