Completed in 2017, the Wexford Street Student Accommodation also comprises modern apartments, A-W can now accommodate a total of 80 students. The apartments have been purpose-built in four separate buildings, two are on Aungier Street and the other two buildings are on Wexford Street.

The student residence is located within a five-minute walk of RCSI Dublin and the RCSI Mercer Library and provides an ideal solution to RCSI students who are seeking suitable accommodation for the 2020-2021 academic year.

Dublin's premier shopping area is also located within a five-minute walk of the student accommodation, as is the beautiful St. Stephen's Green Park and many of the city's best restaurants, bars and cafes.

Each apartment contains between 3 to 6 single occupancy ensuite bedrooms and a communal kitchen/dining/living area. Each occupant has access to the communal washer/dryer facilities in the basement of each building.
