Aungier & Wexford Street Student Accommodation Prices.
The tables below set out the total price for each of the rooms in the student residence for the 2023-2024 academic year. The rental period runs from early September 2023 until early June 2024. The total price includes the licence fee and utilities however does not include a fully refundable €200 security deposit. Booking Deposit €1000.00 payable once confirmation is received of booking a room. First instalment payable 01/03/2023 and the final instalment payable on or before 20/12/2023. Payment of the total price in one instalment before 1st July 2023 attracts a discount of €100.
Following the academic year, the single occupancy rooms are available for a minimum of a 5 night stay or on a longer package basis over the summer months. Please contact us to get a booking quote.
